Competition Terms and Conditions

General Rules

Money4Travel runs this competition to offer everyone signing up to money4travel.com an exciting opportunity to win a prize. By entering, participants agree to the following terms and conditions, which ensure a fair and transparent process for everyone involved.

When you participate in an Money4Travel competition, you agree to the general terms outlined here as well as any specific instructions or details shared during the competition. Money4Travel reserves the right to amend or cancel competitions or their terms without prior notice, with any changes published in the competition details or terms and conditions.

The Money4Travel competition begins immediately upon the launch of the money4travel.com website and runs in ten distinct relays, offering participants the chance to win a £300 TUI Travel Gift Card in each relay.

Each relay will conclude when 1,000 participants have signed up to the website, at which point a draw will be conducted to select a winner for that relay.This competition will continue until all ten relays are completed, resulting in ten winners overall.

Participants are limited to one sign-up and one entry into the competition, ensuring a fair opportunity for everyone. Sign-ups exceeding the limit or submitted after all relays have been completed will not be eligible for the prize draws.

Eligibility

To maintain fairness:

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or older.
  • Employees of Essiell Limited, its subsidiaries, associated companies, and any other entities involved in organizing, promoting, or administering the competition are not eligible to participate. This also applies to their immediate families or household members.
  • Entries submitted outside the end of the final relay will not be considered valid.

Entrants must provide accurate, current, and complete information when participating. Money4Travel reserves the right to disqualify any entrant providing false, duplicate or misleading information

How to Enter

Participation is solely via the online entry forms. Entrants may need to provide their contact details and follow specific instructions. Money4Travel cannot accept responsibility for entries lost due to technical issues, errors, or delays. Only entries meeting the outlined requirements will be valid.

Prizes and Winner Selection

Money4Travel ensures prizes are awarded fairly and transparently:

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
  • The prize is awarded on an “as is” basis, and Money4Travel or any of its affiliated companies, make any guarantees, representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prize.
  • Winners will be contacted within seven days of the draw date and must claim their prize within the specified timeframe. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond in time, Money4Travel reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Proof of identity or eligibility may be required before awarding a prize.
Winners’ names may be published for promotional purposes unless they request otherwise.

Liability

While Money4Travel strives to ensure competitions run smoothly, it cannot accept responsibility for:
  • Technical issues, including server errors or transmission failures, affecting entry submissions.
  • Loss, injury, or disappointment resulting from participation or prize acceptance, except in cases of negligence causing personal injury or death.
  • Service disruptions due to maintenance, unforeseen technical problems, or external factors beyond Money4Travel’s control.

Data Protection

Entrants’ personal information will be processed in accordance with Money4Travel’s Privacy Policy . Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications when submitting their details.

TUI Travel Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The TUI Travel Gift Card can be used as full or part payment for travel products at TUI Stores (excluding the Republic of Ireland), tui.co.uk, and firstchoice.co.uk. The following rules apply:
  • For online transactions, your gift card must cover the initial payment when booking a holiday.
  • Gift cards cannot be used for travel money-related products, including currency, traveller’s cheques, or prepaid cards.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
  • The expiry date is printed on the reverse of the card: physical cards expire at least one year from the purchase date, and digital cards expire two years from purchase.
  • The maximum account balance is £5,000 for physical cards and £3,000 for digital cards.
  • Lost, stolen, or destroyed cards cannot be refunded. Treat your gift card like cash.
  • Balance checks are available by phone, in-store, or online.
  • Cards cannot be redeemed over the phone or used in the Republic of Ireland or at crystalski.co.uk.
  • TUI Travel Gift Cards are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection.
